I was in contact with Yamaha technical support and they didn't seem to care and it was back and forth from the dealer to try and sort out a fix. i had this bike (2012) for 220 hrs,  played with all the maps, had fmf powercore 4 muffler,  aussie map was the best , did have to get the O2 sensor adjusted at the shop , but there was a trick to starting mine, if it didn't start first go , turn it off and on again , let it prime up again wait three seconds then bang , especially after stalling it ,  basically was was a pig to start from new, did get better thou,

If I use the kick starter or roll start it, it starts up quickly. 2012 WR450 hot start issues...
