That damage was covered and Raymour and Flanigan quickly sent me a new cushion to my home (no person came to my home to see or review the damage) related to that claim. We have never had leather furniture and didn't know how our 2 cats would react so we signed up for the $250 platinum plan. This review is from a real person who provided valid contact information and hasn't been caught misusing, spamming or abusing our website. I reluctantly agreed due to my past experience.They deducted 20% of the original cost and I picked out another set I later realized they never credited me for the full credit less 20% they took off 50% and had to buy another piece from them for $555.21 to complete the set.I received the replacement, a new "chipped" set so they sent out a service man he said the set is unrepairable due to the finish, they replaced one piece .
