This one was okay, but I can't really recommend it when there are so many other better psychological thrillers out there.Boy...this book had me glued from the first page! Moving from one creepy twist to the next, The Perfect Family is a fabulous exploration of how hard modern women have to work to balance their lives and still be the perfect mother. Her twists can be shocking and the endings are fantastic! I thought Gemma was an interesting, likable character and I could feel her growing unease as the story progressed. Shortly after this happens, little incidences happen which understandably scares and unnerves Gemma a bit. Let’s face it, 2020 is making us long for other timelines. Then other things start happening which put Gemma and her family at odds with their friends and family.
