One talks about be a nation of laws and the other screams when he hears that one of the jury thinks Jackie is cute and reminds us all that they (Jackie and his buddies) kill people. Yeah, based on real story, but same old stuff. Vin Diesel is brilliant, he plays his character with pinpoint accuracy and draws you in to believe in all the powerful intensity as if this moment in time, this story is happening all over again like yesterday, all the heartbreaking passion, raw emotion for Jackie DiNorsio and all the supporting characters,the judge,the lawyers, the mobsters,the ex wife, his parents, the hacks in prison but most of all the true story only Vin Diesel's portrayal of Jackie's character could have told.
The only thing missing from his cross-examinations was a rim shot. Happy. It stars Vin Diesel in what I consider to be by far his most accomplished acting performance, i've had discussions with people about Diesel and all I normally hear is how bad an actor he is, I always say that they need to see this film and they may change their minds. [Freestyle Releasing] There's nothing wrong with a wisecracking wise guy, but for all its ripped-from-the-headlines verisimilitude, Find Me Guilty sometimes feels like it should have been called Find Me My Cousin Vinny.

The film Find Me Guilty is based on this trial. He was ultimately found not guilty (along with his fellow co-defendants) after a short deliberation by the jury.
