The parts are played well, and the movie is intriguing from start to finish.

Well, all I can say right now is .......WOW WOW WOW. But Lynch never makes any of these characters inhuman. How far would I go to get out of the daily monotonous grind and disrupt the status quo?This is a dark, funny movie with great acting from Norton and Pitt.One of the rules is you can’t talk about Fight Club, so I’ll stop here and let you watch the rest. This moment is so iconic that I think most people forget that it’s actually a twist. Of course, Tim tries to escape but he fails and thus gets tied to a long chain, so that he can move through the house and perform his daily chores, among others burying women after Bob slaughters them. Highly recommend this movie, and even an action junkie like me was able to sit through it, and I continued to sit after the movie ended, listening. Jennifer Lynch has created something here that is nothing short of breath taking. Coming from the Nolan brothers, the story is expected to have an intricate structure, and they delivered. Along the years, the psychopath serial-killer Bob keeps killing women and Tim cleans the house and the blood, buries the women and eats Bob's leftover. Watch it once, then watch it again and try to connect all of the dots. There's nothing fun about "Chained." Starring Vincent D'Onofrio as a serial killer and Eamon Farren as a young prisoner of the killer, it explores their relationship as the killer seeks to turn his captive into his protégé. Thank goodness I was surprised.The Narrator (Edward Norton) is an insomniac unfulfilled office worker posing as a cancer victim in a support group.On a flight home from work, the Narrator meets Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt) a soap salesman. This movie is just plain boring from start to finish. Jennifer Lynch obviously has gotten some genius film genes from her Dad !!!! Haley Joel Osment was very convincing as the young haunted boy. And although it will be in your 'serial killer' film collection, this particular movie has a different quality and lasting psychological effect that will haunt you the next time you decide to take a cab. He has played his share of very disturbing characters, but he hit the mother load on this one !!

We follow Patrick Kenzie, a private investigator who uses his criminal connections to find what happened to this child. Two budding magicians, Robert Angier (Hugh Jackman) and Alfred Borden (Christian Bale) are ultimately torn apart as Borden ties the ‘wrong knot’ on Angier’s wife during a performance that results in her drowning. Loved it! This is a story that does an excellent job at blurring the lines. From the tone and mood to the color and performances, this film is a must for any fan of dark reality. Shyamalan is a brilliant story teller that knows exactly how many bread crumbs we need so that the surprise makes sense, yet not too many breadcrumbs so as to keep the audience guessing throughout the movie.

Jennifer Lynch is one of those filmmakers who you just can't write off. It was what made the film worth seeing through to the end. Just a brief remark - nearly half of the reviews here talk of 'when I walked away from this movie' or similar; the movie must have had quite an effect since nobody talks of taking a taxi home after the movie. It clearly tries to be an indie art-house film, with its sepia tone throughout. The actor who played Rabbit makes a good, timid-turned-vengeful protagonist and the prisoner of the killer.
